This week we go into the identity crisis… the personal one, the quiet unraveling of “who am I now?" We zoom out into the collective one happening everywhere right now, the old structures loosening their grip while something new pushes to be born.

We talk discernment: how to tell the difference between fear whispering “hold on tighter” and truth whispering “let this go.” We trace the shift from the solo hero, the one voice carrying it all, into something built with community, held by more than one nervous system.

And because this isn’t about thinking your way through it, we drop into the body. A gentle breathing practice to come back home. A vagal nerve exercise to remind your system it’s safe to soften. Intentional tremoring letting, the body shake loose what words can’t hold.

We talk about coming back into the body as our most honest form of guidance, and the strange tension of manifestation: how clearly we can call something in, and how challenging it can be to actually arrive. 

Along the way, we dip into the work of French astrologer André Barbault, who spent decades mapping the cycles of the outer planets and, before his death in 2019, forecast a rare five-planet configuration he called the “basket” — a formation he believed marks moments when old orders break apart and something new tries to take their place. That exact alignment, now known as the Barbault Basket, peaks this very July 2026.
